When you’ve lost the weight and you look at this you can see every part that makes you shudder that you looked liked that, my hips are huge and I have SO much excess body fat and I’m pretty sure I had lost weight at this point, whenever I stumble across photos like this I know this diet was on of the best things I’ve ever done because I was so miserable and when I compare me with how I was I’m just so glad I made the change, you can tell I’ve dropped like 4 inches in my hips when you see this… let me asure you, although you say you believed yourself to be ‘fat’ the is absolutely nothing wrong with your body at the time of this photo’ infact the structure and shape of your body in this picture is exactly how a girl should be, but as i say thats just my opinion, Still ther is nothing to say that what you look like now is enything from perfect, you worked hard to get your body in shape like it is now, its just just a ahame that the society we live in today make girls feel like there is only one way to look, but whatever your size and shape you are a woman with the female form and the female form is the most beautiful specimen on this planet, peace :)
